Very Good
Hotel has a proper gym (open to customers from outside too) It's clean, location is great. Limousine bus from/to the airport stops right in front the hotel.
Gym is closed on Sundays. Rooms are old. Power outlets next to the bed don't work properly, I had to use the one in the toilet and next to the TV to charge my devices. It was uncomfortable using the sink in the bathroom because it was very low, it was just above my knees.

What was the highlight of Koreana Hotel
Koreana Hotel is really a hidden gem. Would come and stay at this hotel again!
Room was very spacious and clean (toilet comes with a bidet!). Although it looked a bit old, but it gives the antique feel and the facilities in the room are very updated. The airport bus 6701 drop-off and pick-up point is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The hotel is in between City Hall Stn and Gwanghwamun Stn hence very convenient to get to other places. A lot of sightseeing places within walking distance (i.e Cheonggyecheon, Gwanghwamun Palace, Deoksugung Stone Walls). Hotel staff were also fluent in English and were very helpful in answering our queries.
The check-in counter is quite squeezy, can only serve about 2 - 3 guests at a time. May be crowded during holiday seasons, but we came during non-peak season, not many guests were checking in at the same time. The hotel lobby is also lacking of sofa seats. Didn't see any hotel attendant who could help to bring up our luggage. We had to bring up and down our luggage ourselves.

Staff was very responsive. We forgot something in the room after check out. It was secured and we picked it up at the front desk later in the day. Thanks!
